Privacy

We collect as little as we can, we use it only to look after your stay, and we do not sell it to anyone.

What we hold

If you email or telephone us, we hold what you tell us — your name, contact details and the details of your enquiry or stay — for as long as we need it to answer you and to keep our own records of bookings.

If you book through our online booking system, your reservation and payment details are handled by our booking provider, WebHotelier, on their own systems and under their own privacy terms. The same applies to the online check-in service. We see the reservation; we do not store your card details.

This website

This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies and runs no third-party tracking scripts. Nothing you do here is profiled.

One exception, and it is opt-in: the map on our contact page is not loaded until you press the button. If you press it, Google will receive the request as it would on any site embedding a map. If you would rather not, you do not have to press it.

Who else sees it

Nobody, beyond the booking provider above and anyone we are legally obliged to tell — Greek law requires hotels to register guests. We do not share guest details with advertisers or data brokers.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Write to plbay@otenet.gr and we will deal with it ourselves.
